Rich heritage
May babies born at Kit Carson County Memorial Hospital
since the door opened in 1948 are now grandparents and
great grandparents. Through these generations, Kit Carson
County Health Service District (KCCHSD) has balanced it
rich heritage with the latest medical technology and a highly
skilled professional staff to provide health services for
babies, seniors and the generations between.
From old-fashioned Colorado values, KCCHSD took root
and grew into the comprehensive health network it is today.
