1. Was Eastbourne your 1st Convention?______________ 2. If no how many have you attended before. __________________________ 3. 4. Do you attend the Host Night? For 2017 I had a quote that, including accommodation & all food, would have cost Lions almost the same per person for 3 or even 4 nights as 1 night did in Manchester or Birmingham in the previous 2 years, provided however that we had 500 people staying. Remember Holiday Camps have changed – do not think of “Hi di HI” or “The Butlins of the 50s & 60s.” if you are old enough to remember.
6b. What sort of venue would you prefer?
a. Modern Holiday Camp with exclusive use with or without an extended stay n
b. Accommodation and convention events under one roof (like Birmingham or Manchester) n
c. Convention venue with nearby accommodation (like Eastbourne or Torquay) n

Council Chairman Simon had wanted to provide workshops break-out sessions & a Q. & A. session but the redistricting project proposals became an essential item for discussion.
8. If you had sole charge of the Convention what changes would you make? (Remember we have to conduct our AGM business). ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________
