RBI postpones gold bond issuance to Nov 30(BS)
The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) postponed sovereign gold bond
issuance to November 30, instead of November 26 as scheduled
earlier, to enable smooth upload of applications received by banks
and post offices.
As the settlement date has now been shifted to November 30, the
interest at prevailing savings bank rate shall be paid from the date of
realisation of payment to the new settlement date.
