Sanjiv Kapoor joins Vistara as chief strategy and commercial
officer
Former chief operating officer of SpiceJet Ltd Sanjiv Kapoor has joined TATA SIA Airlines-
run full service airline Vistara as its new chief strategy and commercial officer.
Kapoor will succeed Giam Ming Toh, chief commercial officer, Vistara. Giam Ming will
return to Singapore Airlines on completion of his deputation with Vistara.
Oscar-Winning Actor George Kennedy Dies at 91
George Kennedy, who won an Academy Award for his bruising performance in "Cool
Hand Luke" and later starred in the goofy "Naked Gun" franchise," died in Idaho. He was
91.
Kennedy, who stood nearly 6½ feet tall, was a World War II veteran who broke into
acting, in part, through military dramas and TV Westerns. In 1967, he appeared in the
Oscar-winning World War II film "The Dirty Dozen."
