 Indian Railways appoints Ernst Young as

consultant to tap advertising potential of stations and trains

 Indian Railways has appointed Ernst Young in India as Consultant to undertake this job on its behalf. EY is
a global leader in its Assurance, Tax, Transaction and Advisory services.
 The Railway PSU - RITES, the consulting wing for Indian Railways, awarded the mandate to EY following a

multi-party bid.
 Rajya Sabha passed Bureau of Indian Standards Bill, 2015

 The bill seeks to replace the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 1986.
 It extends the ambit of the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) to include services, processes and products
while ensuring production of world class goods.

 Dr. Mahesh Sharma releases the book the Culture Heritage of

 Dr. Mahesh Sharma , the Minister for State (I/C) for Culture and Tourism and Minister of State for Civil
Aviation released a book entitled The Culture Heritage of Trans Himalayas-Kinnaur" authored by Shri P.S.
