Constitution day for all schools on Nov 26 –
For the first time, schools across the country will observe Constitution
Day on November 26.
It was on November 26, 1949, that the Constitution was adopted in the
Constituent Assembly following which the Constitution came into force
on January 26, 1950
Lavish menu for film buffs at IFFI 2015 –
Anil Kapoor will be the Chief Guest on the Opening day of the International
Indian Film Festival in Goa.
A R Rahman would be the Guard of Honour on the last day
In the World Cinema section of IFFI 2015, 187 films will be screened in
various sections from 89 countries.
Spain is the country of focus.
The Indian Panorama section will bring 47 films from India in the feature and
non-feature categories.
The opening film, “The Man Who Knew Infinity” directed by Mathew Brown, is
the true story of friendship that forever changed mathematician M.K.
Ramanujam.
